Geography of Messes

I take a lot of pics with my digicam (you know that)
Typically faces or parties or nature sometimes but I secretly love taking photos of messes. I'd upload a plethora but the formatting on blogspot is horrendous, it's basically just google docs.

bingo night 10/11/24

It's literally just a still life, that's part of why it appeals to me so much, but also that it is a great way of illustrating comfort, discomfort, intention and unintention (lack of intention?) I think it's neat where things will end up when we get drunk and care less, or when a mess becomes too uncomfortable to coexist with.

A mess lives, grows, dies, and it's neat to see that lifespan because it differs from place to place. A mess in my room has a lifespan tenfold of one that lives in a common space, a mess's composition dictates how it is handled, the speed at which it's disposed of. Beer tour is its own social
institution.

Who cares? Me, it's my blog.
